What is YouBots.ai and how does it work?
YouBots is a subscription-based platform offering a suite of role-specific AI-powered assistants designed to help organizations get things done. Although we specialize in agency-level marketing functions (we can deliver around 80% of what a full-blown agency would, at just 10% of the cost), YouBots are capable of a wide variety of outputs.

How is YouBots different from other AI tools or chatbots?
Unlike standard chatbots or other AI tools, YouBots is designed to act as a versatile AI “staff member” that adapts to different roles within your organization. Rather than providing generic responses, YouBots generates an Organizational Profile of your company that covers essential areas like mission, products, target markets, brand voice, and operational structure. Every bot in the suite, in addition to being programmed as an expert in its function, references your organizational context during every interaction. This allows YouBots to deliver context-aware, role-specific results, essentially responding to every request as an expert-level staff member with all the institutional knowledge that other employees have.
(On top of getting unlimited access to the above bots, we’re also bundling in ChatGPT and Claude (Coming Soon) passthrough tools with your YouBots subscription as well. If you’re paying $20 per month per person for either of these platforms, we can probably save you a bunch of money 🙂)
What types of tasks can YouBots handle?
YouBots are designed to perform a wide range of tasks at an advanced level. This includes market research, data analysis, financial forecasting, social media production, and more. They are designed to enhance your workflow and let your people do things they used to have to accomplish with agencies and additional headcount.
Is YouBots really free for two weeks?
Yes! During the two-week free trial, you get unlimited access to our full range of bots completely free – no credit card required. If it changes your life, you can continue on at $500/mo during beta (we will reach out for your payment info then) and once beta is over it will move to $1,000/mo. No tricks, no hidden fees, nothing to lose.
Who owns the content created by YouBots.ai?
You do. Clients retain full ownership of all content generated through YouBots.ai. We do not claim intellectual property rights over your projects or outputs. It is the user’s responsibility, however, to ensure compliance with applicable laws and intellectual property rights when using the platform.
Can YouBots create images?
No, we don’t offer image creation services at this time. There are better tools available for this function, and we’d like to focus on what we’re great at.
Can YouBots integrate with our existing tools or software?
YouBots does not currently offer an API, so it isn’t directly integrated with external tools or software. However, YouBots is designed to be highly adaptable within its platform, enabling users to handle tasks in various formats and workflows. While we’re actively working toward future integrations, right now YouBots operates as a standalone tool suite.
Is YouBots secure?
Yes, we implement strict data protection protocols, including end-to-end encryption and role-based access controls. Additionally, YouBots is designed to adhere to industry compliance standards, such as GDPR and CCPA, where applicable. Our AI only retains data needed for context and learning, ensuring your company’s information is handled responsibly and securely.
Will my data be used to train the LLMs?
No, we do not let our LLM providers train with customer data. YouBots.ai uses the OpenAI API, and by default OpenAI does not train on any inputs or outputs from our products for business users, including ChatGPT Team, ChatGPT Enterprise, and the API (full details). YouBots.ai also uses the Anthropic API, and by default Anthropic does not use API inputs or outputs to train their models (full details). Read through either of those links to learn more or put yourself to sleep! Also, just for complete clarity: YouBots.ai does not opt in to share data with either Open AI or Anthropic for training purposes.
Can I change my Organizational Profile (OP) later, or am I stuck with the profile that’s created when I sign up?
It’s totally editable. The admin on your account is the only one who can access OPBot, which handles your Organizational Profile. In fact, we encourage updating your info as it keeps our bots working at their best for you. OPBot loves a good refresh!

If you just need a little boost understanding any task-related thing you’re working on, you can ask any bot to activate Tutorial Mode, and it’ll walk you through your tasks in a learning-oriented way.
